1. Acceptance of Terms

• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual private person, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or close associate of 786bdc or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by 786bdc for any reason related to fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You are opening only one account. Multiple accounts per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information — is accurate, complete, and current.

786bdc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank or mobile wallet statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 786bdc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 786bdc will never ask you to share your password — not via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. If any 786bdc representative requests your password, treat this as an attempted fraud and report it to [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 786bdc platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). 786bdc charges no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Transaction fees charged by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank are outside 786bdc's control and are the player's responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash or Nagad; ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 via bKash or Nagad; ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Deposit processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits credit within 60 seconds in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal processing time: Verified accounts receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals in under 3 minutes. Bank withdrawals process within 1–4 hours during normal business hours.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 786bdc compliance team.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard maximum withdrawal per transaction is ৳50,000. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP accounts upon request.
• Pending withdrawals: 786bdc reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where an account is under security review, identity verification, or bonus wagering audit.

786bdc will not process payments to or from third-party accounts. The name on your 786bdc account must match the name registered to your payment method. Attempts to use another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

786bdc offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. 786bdc reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structured wagering designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• 786bdc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• No player may claim a welcome bonus more than once, regardless of how many accounts they attempt to register.
• Cash deposits not linked to a bonus offer carry no wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

All casino games and sports betting markets on 786bdc are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data feed providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by real-world sporting events. 786bdc does not manipulate game results.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the platform. 786bdc does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or other extraordinary circumstances. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

786bdc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

786bdc collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Account Termination

786bdc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account is found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is suspected in connection with the account.
• A duplicate or linked account belonging to the same individual is identified.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months.
• You request voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

On termination of an account in good standing (i.e., where no breach of Terms has occurred), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the payment method on file within 5 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.
